Open Jira Settings → Apps, and select Issue Create Analytics from the sidebar.

Time is measured from form opening until the issue is saved in Jira.
When 'Create another' checkbox is selected on Global Issue Create dialog, we start counting the time when the form is cleared (re-initialized after the previous issue was created).
See the TTC metric for every issue created
See the average Time-to-Create across all projects or for a specific project
See the total count of issues created within the selected time range
navigate to the issue by clicking issue key
navigate to fields changed step-by-step by clicking Replay
scroll down to browse the data records
use the control buttons to reload the data, narrow down the results to a specific project or date range
