Issue Create Analytics

How to find the app

Open Jira Settings → Apps, and select Issue Create Analytics from the sidebar.

Time-to-Create metric

Time is measured from form opening until the issue is saved in Jira.

When 'Create another' checkbox is selected on Global Issue Create dialog, we start counting the time when the form is cleared (re-initialized after the previous issue was created).

Time-to-Create by issue

• See the TTC metric per issue

• See the average Time-to-Create across all projects or for a specific project

• See the total count of issues created within the selected time range

• navigate to the issue by clicking issue key

• navigate to fields changed step-by-step by clicking Replay

• scroll down to browse the data records

• use the control buttons to reload the data, narrow down the results to a specific project or date range

Fields changed

See fields usage - how often users change specific fields on the Global Issue Create dialog. You can narrow down the results to a specific project or date range using the control buttons.

Replay

See fields changed step-by-step with the exact time per field entry.

Time-to-Create by day
